Acceptable Use Policy
The rules for what may and may not be done on AtheistOnly. They exist to keep every member safe.
Minimum age requirement
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account, access, or use AtheistOnly. Every member must enter a date of birth during registration, and anyone under 18 is blocked from creating a profile. Accounts found or reported to belong to a minor are removed immediately. Lying about your age is a violation of this policy.
Exploitation and abuse
AtheistOnly strictly prohibits human trafficking, including any form of sexual exploitation, and prohibits aiding, abetting, or encouraging the abuse, exploitation, or endangerment of any person. Content involving minors is strictly forbidden and reported to the authorities. We cooperate with law enforcement where the law requires it.
Sexually explicit content, child sexual exploitation, and sexual violence
Sexually explicit or pornographic content, nudity, and sexually suggestive images are prohibited in profiles, profile photos, and bios. Child sexual exploitation or abuse in any form, including child sexual abuse material (CSAM), sexualizing minors, or grooming, is absolutely prohibited; such content is removed, the account is permanently banned, and it is reported to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and law enforcement. Sexual violence, sexual assault, sexual coercion, and threats or promotion of sexual violence are prohibited and result in permanent removal and referral to law enforcement.
Harassment and threats
Harassment, threats, hate speech, intimidation, doxxing, and impersonating another person or brand are prohibited. A match never implies consent to sexual messages, photos, or a meeting.
Prohibited content
Do not upload or send illegal content, non-consensual intimate images, graphic violence, scams or fraudulent offers, or spam. Do not use the service to request money from other members or to promote outside commercial services.
