How payments, cancellations, and refunds work on AtheistOnly.
How billing works
Premium is billed in advance as a recurring subscription: $25 USD per month or $60 USD per 3 months. Your payment method is charged automatically at the start of each period and again when it renews, until you cancel. The prices shown on our pricing page are the prices you are charged.
Canceling your subscription
You can cancel your Premium subscription at any time from your account settings. When you cancel, Premium stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for, and no further charges are made after that. Canceling does not by itself create a refund for time already used.
When we refund
If your first Premium purchase is not right for you, tell us within 24 hours of the purchase and we will review your request and make a fair decision. We also refund a payment in full when it was charged in error or duplicated, when a renewal was charged after you had already canceled, or when we were unable to provide the service you paid for.
When we do not refund
Payments are not refunded for partial periods or unused time, for a subscription you simply decided to stop using after the 24-hour window, or where an account was restricted or removed for violating our terms or acceptable use policy. Where consumer law in your region gives you additional rights, those rights are not affected by this page.
How to request a refund
Email the contact address below from the email address on your account, with the subject line "Refund" and the date of the purchase, and tell us briefly what happened. We will reply within a few business days and let you know the outcome.
How refunds are returned
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Your bank or card issuer usually completes the credit within 5 to 10 business days after we send it. Questions about this page can be sent to the contact address below.
