The shared expectations for using AtheistOnly.
Eligibility and your account
You must be at least 18 and use accurate account and profile information. Keep your password confidential and only use your own account. You are responsible for the content you upload and the permissions needed to share it.
Respectful conduct
Follow our Community Guidelines. Harassment, impersonation, scams, spam, illegal content, and sharing intimate content without consent are prohibited. A match never implies consent to sexual messages, photos, or a meeting.
Prohibited conduct
AtheistOnly strictly prohibits human trafficking, including any form of sexual exploitation, and prohibits aiding, abetting, or encouraging the abuse, exploitation, or endangerment of any person. Threats, violence, coercion, solicitation, and use of the service for any illegal purpose are also strictly forbidden. Content or accounts that violate this are removed, and we report violations to law enforcement where required.
Matching and safety
Messaging opens only after a mutual match. We do not guarantee a match, a relationship, identity verification, or the conduct of other members. Manual profile review does not guarantee identity. Exercise caution and use reporting and blocking tools.
Your content
You keep ownership of your content. By uploading it, you authorize the processing and display needed to operate your profile and conversations. Only upload content you have the right to share. Final licensing terms require legal review.
Account restrictions and deletion
Violations may lead to restrictions or removal after safety review. You may pause or delete your account in Settings. Contact us if you believe a restriction is mistaken. We do not guarantee moderation response times.

Atheistonly.com (AtheistOnly) is operated in the United States, and these terms are governed by United States law.
